Digital Skills – Resources For Skills Development
As part of Project Digital, our goal is to gain insight into the digital skills of our staff members in order to identify areas where additional support for skill development is needed.
Thank you for completing our survey exploring your confidence in using various digital skills. This page contains self-service resources which may be used to develop your skills and confidence at your own pace. Please note that when the survey is launched in full, training sessions may be offered where a significant number of staff have identified that they would like to develop their confidence in using a particular digital skill.
These resources have been divided up into basic digital skills, and specific software used by some of our staff members. Whilst you have access to all of these resources to support your development, please note that not all staff are expected to use all of these systems where they are not relevant to their role.
Thank you again for participating in this pilot, your input will help us develop effective strategies to support and enhance the digital skills of staff members.
If you have any questions, please contact Ben Mason (B.Mason4@lboro.ac.uk).
