Blue Badge FAQs

Some non-LU email addresses require authenticating before registration can be completed. Scan the QR code presented on the screen using your smart phone camera. Do not use a third-party reader. If you are unable to scan the QR code, please download the Microsoft Authenticator directly from  Google Play or the  Apple App Store

Please ensure to add the expiry date of your blue badge before completing the registration process. When the expiry date elapses you will be required to upload another application for approval.

Log in and click on the Payment History tile and then Change Vehicle Details on your active permit (black buttons – expired permits show blue buttons). From here, click Add Vehicle and fill in your vehicle details and add the vehicle to your permit. Please note, only one vehicle can be added to a permit.
