EDS is available on all SEM's within LMCC

Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) is a techniques used to analyse the elemental composition of the top few microns by the process of measuring the characteristic X-rays produced due to electron interaction. This can be carried out on all types of samples that are vacuum compatible.
