Here is the timeline of key dates and actions which you need to undertake to attend your graduation ceremony.

July 2022 Ceremony Timeline

Deadline for students who missed ceremonies in 2021 because of Covid to register their interest to attend a ceremony in July 2022 Monday 4th April 2022

Deadline to decline reassessment rights in order to receive certificate in April 2022 (January PGT intake) Monday 4th April 2022
Deadline for results to be published in order to receive your certificate in April 2022 (January 2022 cohort and any other students with published awards).  All outstanding academic fees must be paid in order for results to be released. If your results are not available via MyResults but you have paid all fees, please contact the Graduation Office. Friday 8th April 2022
Certificates available for postage/collection from the Loughborough campus (January PGT intake and any other students with published awards) Late April 2022
July 2022 ceremony dates confirmed for individual Schools May 2022
Invitations sent and booking opens for July 2022 May 2022
Contact the Graduation Office if you are overseas and require a letter to confirm your graduation ceremony date to support a visa application.  Please refer to the latest travel advice from the UK government. As soon as possible after receiving invitation
Inform the Graduation Office if you or your guests have any additional needs – for example you require assistance to cross the stage.  All venues and the stage are accessible to wheelchair users.  If this information is available at the time of booking, please complete the relevant section in the booking form.  If your circumstances change once booking has closed, email the Graduation Office. As soon as possible
Check and confirm your data consent preferences via the MyGraduation portal to ensure you are included/excluded from the graduation programme and other promotional materials.  This will be part of the booking process. Friday 24th June 2022
Hire your academic dress from Ede and Ravenscroft.  Gown hire opens in May 2022. At least 21 days prior to the ceremony
Deadline for bookings – don't wait until your results are released. Friday 24th June 2022
Deadline for name changes (students whose results are published after the March 2022 boards).  Friday 24th June 2022
Programme Boards are held and results released. Early July 2022
Deadline for finalists who have passed their programme to decline Repeat Attempts in order to graduate. 12.00 midday on Friday 8th July 2022
Deadline for results to be published in order to attend the ceremony. All outstanding academic fees must be paid in order for results to be released. If your results are not available via MyResults but you have paid all fees, please contact the Graduation Office. Friday 8th July 2022
Deadline for results to be published in order to graduate in absentia (and not attend the ceremony). All outstanding academic fees must be paid in order for results to be released. Friday 15th July 2022

If you expect to attend your ceremony and have not received your e-ticket by Wednesday 13th July 2022, please contact the Graduation Office.
