PDR (Performance and Development Review) system

The online PDR (Performance and Development Review) system allows staff to ensure inputting and saving PDR records is easy and effective.

Key elements of the PDR are recorded on the system. These include preparation work by the reviewee and objectives which are agreed for the future in the PDR meeting. Reviewees share their preparation form with the reviewer prior to the meeting, so that the reviewer can do their preparation. After the meeting the reviewer shares the record of the discussion and the objectives with the reviewee before the reviewee submits the form as an accurate record, both in looking back and what has been agreed for the future.

Dashboard

Dashboard is used for casual staff working rota arrangements, including booking and committing worked casual hours for pay, whilst adhering to Visa working hour restrictions. Once employed by a department on a casual basis, casual workers receive shift bookings from Dashboard. Administrators and managers in departments establish casual work requirements using Dashboard, and sign off committed work sent to payroll each month.
