Agresso is the University's corporate finance system, which covers all of the main accounting functions including payments, invoicing and internal transfer journals, and purchase card processing.
ALBACS is used for electronic transfer of money between bank accounts using BACS facilities.

From October 2026, Microsoft are introducing changes to their email service which will restrict the functionality available to some third-party and non-Microsoft native email clients. Staff and students are strongly encouraged to only use Outlook (Desktop app, Outlook on the web or mobile app version) when accessing their University email account.
