On the morning of Tuesday 21 July, the myLboro mobile app will experience a brief service interruption while we make security improvements.
As part of this change, you may be automatically signed out of the app and will need to sign in again.
From this point onwards, myLboro will use Single Sign-On (SSO) with your Loughborough University account. When signing in:
- Use your Loughborough University email address and password.
- If you're not using eduroam, you'll need to approve your sign-in using the Duo Mobile app when prompted.
These changes are being introduced to improve the security of the service and help protect your data.
