From 18 August 2026, you may notice a change to the Self Service app name and a new app icon appearing on your desktop. There are no other notable changes other than a slightly updated look.
During the update you will experience brief unavailability of Self Service in the time between Self Service Classic being uninstalled and Self Service+ being installed. This is an automatic background update and is expected to take around 20 minutes to complete.
