Collecting your ID card

When you arrive on campus, you will need to collect your student ID card to complete the registration process and officially enrol at Loughborough University. Your student ID card will provide access to buildings across the campus, including the library, halls of residence and the Students’ Union. It also proves your student status.

In order to receive your card, you must have fully completed online registration (including uploading a suitable photograph) at least three working days before in-person registration. You are required to show your passport and, where applicable, your visa, or other appropriate documents so that the University can confirm your right to study in the UK.

If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid, please do not attend a registration event.
