The IT Service Desk is the central point of contact for staff members seeking help and support for IT related services. For all staff managed devices, contact the service desk who will look to resolve the issue or pass to the relevant team. This includes issues around:

  • Accounts
  • Passwords
  • Managed software
  • Hardware

The PC Clinic is located on the third floor of the Pilkington Library. We will support personal devices for business use – i.e. setting up DUO on a personal phone or helping with email/outlook by appointment only.
