DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS
Essential repair works are being carried out to prevent water entering laboratory areas. These works involve repairs to the roof edge and nearby window surrounds.
To allow the work to be done safely, scaffolding will be erected for a short period by a specialist contractor.
During the erection and removal of the scaffold, there will be some disruption to the nearby pedestrian route. Please follow all safety signage, directions, and any temporary diversions in place.

TIMESCALE
The works are weather dependent, however, they are currently scheduled to commence on 19 January 2026 and are expected to be completed by 23 January 2026.
