Haslegrave Building - Replacement Raised Access Floor - 19 January 2026-13 February 2026.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS

IT Services Department are undertaking essential works to replace a number of computer servers on the first floor. As part of this work, sections of the raised access flooring within the server will be replaced.

To conduct the works safely, deliveries of specialist flooring components will take place at scheduled intervals. During these deliveries, the upper car park at the Haslegrave Building will be temporarily restricted while materials are offloaded and moved to the first floor of the building.

At these times, there may also be short-term disruption to nearby pedestrian routes, including the DDA access ramp and to the internal passenger lift. Please follow all safety signage, instructions and any temporary diversions that are in place.

We appreciate your patience and co-operation while these essential works are completed.

TIMESCALE

The works for phase one are currently scheduled to commence on 19 January 2026 and are expected to be completed by 13 February 2026.
