WHY DOES THE WORK NEEED TO BE DONE
To facilitate the rewiring of the lighting in Car Park 14, it is necessary to excavate a trench to install new cabling between the lamp posts. In order to carry out these works safely, a number of parking spaces will need to be temporarily closed. The works are scheduled to take place from 1 April 2026 for a duration of three days.
These works have been planned during the Easter period to minimise disruption to staff and students.
