International Pathway (ONCAMPUS) Students
Explore our campus-based accommodation options available to ONCAMPUS students on international pathway programmes and learn how to book a room with us.
We're dedicated to providing with you a safe space to study and to feel at home.
Our ONCAMPUS student accommodation is located on our beautiful university campus. All accommodation options have a convenient location in the middle of everything the University and ONCAMPUS Loughborough have to offer. This means you are minutes away from the pathway classes, facilities and buildings you will use on your progression course.
About our accommodation
Our student accommodation options are called halls of residence, or halls. You can choose either a catered hall where meals are provided for you, or a self-catered hall where you can cook meals for yourself.
Catered halls provide either two or three meals per day and then you can cater for yourself at the weekend. If you prefer to always cook for yourself, you may want to consider a self-catered hall.
Whichever option you choose, you will be in a safe, secure and friendly environment, making friends with fellow students and beginning your own Loughborough experience.

The catered and self-catered hall options below are the only halls that International Pathway (ONCAMPUS) students can choose from. Please note that halls are subject to availability as there are limited spaces in each hall.

Frequently asked questions
What adapted accommodation is provided for students with a disability or health requirement?
If you have disability related accommodation requirements (e.g. a medicine fridge, en-suite room, memory foam mattress) then you need to contact the ONCAMPUS Loughborough welfare team. Once the ONCAMPUS team have undertaken an assessment with you and provided recommendations to the accommodation team, we will then be able to consider your room requirements, and your preferences, when looking at room allocation for you.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my accommodation?
No, we do not require a deposit payment prior to you moving into your accommodation. Once you have accepted your contract, your room is secured and you will be liable for all licence fees in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Further information on payment can be found on the how to apply page.
Will I be guaranteed accommodation when I transition onto a Loughborough University course?
If you are an international fee-paying student, we will guarantee you accommodation in our halls of residence for two years of study. This guarantee will cover your first year as an ONCAMPUS student and then your first year as a Loughborough University student.
If you are transitioning onto an Undergraduate course, you will need to follow the returner application process.
If you are transitioning onto a postgraduate course, you will need to follow the postgraduate application process.
