What to pack

It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for; university is just around the corner. But first you need to pack. Here’s what we recommend you either bring with you or get when you arrive.

What is provided

If you’re living in halls of residence, then a lot of things will be provided, and you don’t need to bring certain items with you.

Ordering the essentials

If you're an international student or travelling far to Loughborough University, you can order a box of university essentials to be ready for when you move in.

Study essentials

All students will require equipment for their upcoming studies. To save you from splashing out on expensive software, we provide the latest version of the full Microsoft Office productivity suite, free of charge.
