LEN’s Commercialise Community brings together start-ups and scaling business from inside and outside LU to benefit from shared training, mentoring, resources, networks, facilities and spaces.

LU Inc. - the University’s incubator - is based in the Holywell Building on the University's Science and Enterprise Park (LUSEP) which is located on the West side of the Loughborough campus.
Being based at LUSEP enables our graduates to connect with a dynamic innovation community made up of more than 80 businesses spanning tech start-ups and international businesses. It also means that our graduate businesses can engage widely with Loughborough's research expertise and potential graduate employees.
As a part of this community our business incubator, LUinc. hosts a critical mass of staff, graduates and local entrepreneurs within facilities on the Science & Enterprise Park (LUSEP), and in Lboro Town Centre, who are committed to setting up and scaling ventures and to helping one another succeed.
The Incubator provides a seamless journey from the University to Loughborough Science & Enterprise Park’s (LUSEP) strong innovation community; formed of over 90 organisations co-located on the Park in an environment that fosters collaboration between companies and the University’s research expertise, facilities, and talent pipeline.
With a tailored mentoring and support package, plus an office space in a vibrant incubator with plenty of peer support, we aim to help you to maximise your business success
