I have a question about the tuition fees I will be charged next academic year...

I am a returning student enquiring about the tuition fee that I will be charged next academic year.

Tuition fees are reviewed on an annual basis and are likely to increase to take into account inflationary pressures. Undergraduate UK/EU fees are regulated by the UK Government and we will notify you if there is any change to the permitted tuition fees. If you are a continuing student you will be notified what the fee will be in the following year (usually in June).

I have a question about loans...

I am an Undergraduate student and I have not received my maintenance loan.

Once your Student Loan is approved by Student Finance, the University confirms your registration to release your loan. In the first year of study you must have collected your ID card before the University can confirm to Student Finance that you are fully registered. Your loan should then be released by Student Finance within 5 working days.

I am an Undergraduate student and I have a query about my Tuition Fee loan

Once your Student Loan is approved by Student Finance, the University confirms your attendance to release your tuition fee loan. This is paid directly to the University each term. It is not unusual for there to be a delay in the University receiving the payment of your tuition fee loan; especially if we need to change the programme code, year of study, or tuition fee held by Student Finance. As long as you have a completed application for a tuition fee loan the University will usually be able to manage your loan to cover your tuition fees.

You must have collected your ID card before the University can confirm to Student Finance that you are fully registered. Your loan should then be released by Student Finance within 5 working days.
