I need to pay my fees
About tuition fees, accommodation fees, and loans
Tuition and Accommodation Fees
Charges for tuition, accommodation and other charges are added to your University account as they arise. You will receive a statement emailed to your University email address throughout the academic year.
The Finance website provides details on how to pay your charges.
Student Loans payments
If you have applied to Student Finance for a loan the University will confirm your registration to Student Finance once you have completed your registration and collected your ID Card, or once you have completed re-registration in future academic years. This will release any loan payments which are being paid directly to you.
If you are an Undergraduate/PGCE student and Student Finance are making a payment to the University for your tuition fees, the University will confirm your attendance with Student Finance to release your tuition fee loan payments. Student Finance will pay the University in three instalments, one at the start of each term.
Scholarships and Bursaries
If you are awarded a Scholarship which reduces your tuition fees, the amount will be deducted from your tuition fees. If you receive an award under the Loughborough Scholarship Programme, the payment will be made to you in three instalments over the academic year.
If you need help understand the tuition fees you have been charged, please email Student Enquiries. If you need help making a payment, please contact the Finance Team.
