What is happening?

You will start seeing changes to your Microsoft Teams layout as Microsoft are rolling out an improved way to find and view your chats and channels to be part of the right conversations, faster.

You can make choices to improve how you navigate around Microsoft Teams by moving and grouping your chats and channels together to suit how you work best and most efficiently.

When is it happening?

Microsoft have announced the rollout will be taking place from mid-June to the end of July.

Does this affect me and how?

All users of Microsoft Teams will receive this update, however the new unified view is only available if you are using the ‘List’ layout. To switch between the ‘Grid’ and ‘List’ layouts, use the Appearance settings in the Microsoft Teams App.

 Action required?

This change will update automatically, so you do not need to do anything.
