Imago guest Wi-Fi and wired network downtime: Wednesday 17 December

On Wednesday 17 December, there will be a complete outage to the Imago Wi-Fi and wired network service for up to two hours between 7am and 9am on Imago guest wireless and wired connections*

The Imago network will be unavailable, and devices connected to these networks will experiencea loss of connectivity whilst the upgrade is being carried out.  

During this planned downtime, IT Services will perform essential maintenance to upgrade the firewall.  

Action required 

Users will be required to reconnect devices once the upgrade has been completed.
