IT Services will be carrying out essential maintenance to the web-based telephone directory During this time the Staff Directory will not be available.

The update will take place on Tuesday 16th May from 8am and will take several hours to complete.

How does this affect me?

If you require a colleague’s contact details, we recommend using the “People and Contacts” feature within Outlook:

  • Hover on the “People” icon as pictured below and, in the pop-up box, type the name of the person you are looking for

  • Click on the person’s name and their details will be displayed including:
    • Phone number (If they have one)
    • Email Address
    • Department
