Description of the Works
Pleased be advised that the Building Fabric Surveying Team will be undertaking silicone sealing works to the exterior of the glazed atrium above the staircase at roof level. Access to the work area will be via the first floor loft hatch within the Wolfson T Building.
All building users are kindly requested to observe the posted safety advice and warning signage while these works are in progress. In particular, please note that the ground floor entrance will be closed intermittently to mitigate any risk from falling debris.
The silicone sealing works are non-intrusive and are not expected to generate any noise disturbance. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while these essential maintenance activities are carried out.
