Description of the Works
Contractors have been appointed to rectify a water ingress issue within the computer laboratory. Works will commence with a final inspection and assessment on Thursday 19 March 2026, with completion expected by early Monday morning, 23 March 2026.
The majority of the work will take place over the weekend to minimise disruption to student study activities.
The works will involve the erection of a mobile tower scaffold within room TW1.11 and drilling into the rainwater downpipe to install a waste connection. Some temporary disconnection of computer monitors and sensitive electronic equipment may be required.
Room TW1.11 access on 21 & 22/03/2026 will be cancelled.
