Description of the works
A local building contractor has been appointed to rectify damage from water ingress issue within the laboratories above.
Works are scheduled to commence on Monday and will be carried out in phases. These will include repairs to damaged plasterboard and redecoration of the immediate window surrounds upon completion.
The works are anticipated to take approximately one week, however, they will be undertaken in short phases to allow for necessary drying times between activities.
For safety reasons, building users are required to keep clear of the window areas both during the works and throughout the intervening drying periods.
