DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS
Road resurfacing, drainage and white lining will be taking place to the rear of the Estates and Facilities Management Yard.
The yard main entrance will revert to a two-way entry/exit temporarily whilst the works are taking place. There will be no separate exit available during the works.
PLEASE NOTE - Due to the nature and scope of the required works, the small car parks located to the rear of the Estates yard, will need to be temporarily closed and kept clear. This measure is necessary to establish a safe and practical laydown area for plant and equipment, particularly in light of the limited working space at the site. Implementing this arrangement will support the efficient execution of the works while maintaining appropriate safety standards.
TIMESCALE
The work will commence 6th April - 8 May 2026.
