Traffic restrictions at front of Charnwood Building (https://w3w.co/ballots.tigers.shadow)
Ringing kestrel chicks. To do this a MEWP will be set up on the road to reach the nest. This will limit access past the site to one vehicle in either direction. Access going around Charnwood Building will be completely unimpeded.
