Description of the works
The central automatic accessible doors are beyond repair and will be replaced with new aluminium doors and frame. This will require the doors to be closed to people with accessible requirements for 5 days. The fire escape will also be unusable. During the work the doors will only be taped and access and egress will be permitted if requested. The doors will be secured temporarily with locks until the automatics are re connected. The works will start March 23rd due to the building being quitter with students leaving for the Easter break.
