Description of the works
Road resurfacing, drainage & white lining – starting week commencing 6th April 2026 – the FM yard main entrance will revert to a two-way entry/exit for temporary measure during the works – there will be no exit available during the works.
Also please note:
Due to the nature and scope of the required works, the small car parks located to the rear of the Estates yard will need to be temporarily closed and kept clear. This measure is necessary to establish a safe and practical laydown area for roadworks plant and equipment, particularly in light of the limited working space at the site. Implementing this arrangement will support the efficient execution of the works while maintaining appropriate safety standards.
