Description of the works
Following the installation of the hot water calorifier, the plant room BMS panel requires a wiring alteration in order to connect the new calorifier fault wiring. This work will involve the replacement of the existing 230v relays with new 24v relays and internal connection wiring.
The BMS panel will be turned off at 12 noon on Friday 27th March to allow the work to be carried out safely. While the BMS panel is isolated the main building services to the building will be affected (offline) including ventilation, heating, Chilled water, hot and cold domestic water services.
