Description of the works
A topographical survey has been commissioned for Village Park to provide an accurate, up-to-date understanding of existing site conditions that will inform future planning and development decisions. The survey captures precise data on ground levels, drainage patterns, utilities, vegetation, buildings and other physical external features. This information is essential for assessing development constraints and opportunities, ensuring that proposed improvements are technically feasible, and enabling designers to work from reliable base information.
