Description of the works
The works consist of the following:
James France Roof - Recladding existing north lights
James France (D Block) - Refurbishment of existing male, female and disabled toilets
Stewart Mason - Alterations & refurbishment of area to both the ground and first floors.
Please note that the above buildings will be closed to all staff and students for the duration of these works.
James France Building will have scaffold erected around it due to the roofing works, however, James France Walk will still be accessible.
The Contractor will have a site compound within the car park at the rear of James France and Morag Bell Buildings, which will also be used for Contractor Parking.
Timescale
Works will commence on 27 May and be completed by 5 September 2025.
