Why Does the Work Need to be Done?
The work needs to be done to ensure fire safety compliance within University buildings.
The E&FM Joiners will be working in various locations around the building, with the majority of the work in corridors and staircases. The disruption is expected to be minimal. The Contractor has been asked to report to receptions prior to carrying out the inspections in each building.
Timescale
The work will be carried out in the buildings above from 15 April - 31 May 2024, 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
