Travelling from Manchester Airport to Loughborough
If you’ve decided to fly to Manchester Airport then you’ll find lots of useful information on how to travel south to our Loughborough campus in the East Midlands.
By Taxi
If you’re travelling by yourself we do not recommend that you get a taxi, as it can be very expensive. However, if you’re travelling with a group, then this might be a good way of travelling to our Loughborough East Midlands campus.
The UK widely uses Uber, and we recommend downloading the Uber app before you travel so you can easily book a taxi on arrival. Once downloaded, you can enter your destination, see the estimated fare in advance, and pay securely through the app without needing cash.
If you do decide to travel by taxi, we recommend that you book the taxi in advance. If you need support or have any questions you can contact the International Student Experience Team.
