Arrival information
At Loughborough, we allocate students with a specific arrival date so that you don’t all arrive at once. This will enable us to control the number of people arriving on to campus each day and ensure the safety of all members of our community.
Arrival week is scheduled before your first day of term to ensure you have time to enrol, attend your induction and get to know other new students.
Our staggered arrivals enable us to allocate parking spaces and ensure you can move into hall in line with our social distancing measures. Only one person from your household will be allowed to come with you on to campus on move in day, to minimise the numbers we have in the hall and surrounding area at any one time.
From early August, once you have accepted your contract, you are required to complete an online Living in Halls induction with instructions on how to book your arrival slot.
