Description of the Works
A leak has been identified within the heating system, believed to be located in the upper section of the Royce heating circuit.
A trial hole will be excavated to expose the affected section of pipework. New valves will then be installed to facilitate pressure testing of the system, specifically serving the pipework supplying the Royce dining hall.
Primary work area - Outside the Whitworth Energy Centre on the edge of the path.
