Description of the Works
Works inc. installation of handwashing facilities and air-conditioning across all the labs, alongside installing a ceiling and other minor builders works (inc. making necessary service adjustments) in E025/E029.
Works are essential to maintain lab safety and human comfort.
End users can expect intermittent noise from contractors and small power tools.
