Description of the works
The works will involve erecting Heras fencing around the site - grassed area behind Wolfson, between Sir Frank Gibb and Wolfson Annex. A trench will then be excavated and new pipe laid to form a new connection to the Wolfson Annex building. A new gas meter will be installed within the boiler room, and the new supply connected to the existing boiler. Additionally, the redundant LU network supply to the Wolfson Annex will be decommissioned, and all associated above-ground pipework will be removed.
Timescale
29 January 2026 - Lay new pipe and form new entry to building
30 January 2026 - Connect new meter and boiler to new supply
