Description of the Works
The footpath located at the rear of Wavy Top, leading toward James France Walk, will be closed from 9 February 2026 to 30 September 2027 to facilitate construction of the new Cap Project.
During this period, the footpath will remain designated as an emergency egress route only for Wavy Top staff and students and will not be accessible for general use. Emergency escape signage will be installed to guide occupants in the event of an emergency.
An alternative pedestrian route to James France Walk is available via the front of Wavy Top.
