WHY DOES THE WORK NEEED TO BE DONE
The work needs to be done to ensure fire safety compliance within University buildings.
HOW WILL THE WORKS AFFECT ME?
The Firemark service engineers will be working in various locations around the building, with most of the work in corridors and staircases. The disruption is expected to be minimal. The contractor has been asked to report to reception where applicable, prior to carrying out the inspections in each building.

From 13 August to 30 October 2025, fire extinguisher inspection/maintenance will take place in the buildings above between 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
