Description of the works
Isolate main water stop tap to the building.
Isolate locally within boiler house where work is to be carried out.
Drain and unbolt section to be removed.
Lift out pipework section and damaged valve.
Install new valve and pipework.
Test and flush.
Open all valves isolated and flush all outlets.
Check operation, remove waste and tidy up work areas.
Please note - there will be no water while the work is being undertaken.
