Description of the works
The mobile partitions are planned to be serviced across campus on the dates attached. The work is required to ensure the partitions remain in good working order. Please can you assist by ensuring the rooms are available on the dates listed below:
1 July 2024 - ATIC (Room 03 & 05), Claudia Parsons Hub (Common Room, Study Area, Event Space), Clyde Williams Building (Biomechanic Labs 1/2), SportPark (Cafe, Meeting Room 1/2, 1st Floor Meeting Room, Ground Floor Meeting Rooms A&B).
2 July 2024 - Sir David Davies (First Floor Learning Lab Rooms 1.010), Design School (Research Lab 1/2, 2/3), Edward Herbert Building (Multi Faith 1/2, 2/3), James France Building (Room CC029a, CC029b, CC029c), New Student Village (Student Hub Common Room/Study Area, Event Space, NCSEM (Bio Mech Analysis, Postgrad).
3 July 2024 - National Cricket Centre (1st floor meeting rooms, ground floor SMR1/2, Meeting Room on ground floor, Meeting Room on 1st floor).
4 July 2024 - Rutland Building (Room 1.01/1.13a), SDR (1st Floor Murdock Room), Sir Denis Rooke Building (First Floor Murdock Room), Sir Frank Gibb (Room 25), Stewart Mason (108/109 Computer rooms, Holywell Fitness Centre (dance/fitness), Tennis Centre (Meeting area), Wolfson Building (T143 resource room lecture), Quorn Hall (Lecture Theatre GF G10/G11).
