Applying for accommodation as a Pre-sessional student
If you are attending one of the University's Pre-sessional programmes, we can guide you through your accommodation options and help you find a place to live.
As a Pre-sessional student, you have the option of living on campus in one of our halls of residence or off campus in private rented accommodation while you complete your course.
There are 2 Pre-sessional programmes which vary in duration. Once you know which programme you will be studying, we can help you secure accommodation.
Accommodation for the duration of Pre-sessional Programmes C and D is available on campus in Telford Hall.
How to book accommodation
Accommodation is not included in your course tuition fee. If you would like to stay on campus, you will need to apply online through our “Book Now” system on the Accommodation Hub.
Bookings are not yet open
Once applications open, you need to register an account to access the Accommodation Hub and then apply using the “Book Now” option.
There will be enough rooms for all students who wish to stay on campus, so there is no need to worry or arrange alternative accommodation at this stage.
After you apply
Once you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.
Payment
Full payment will be required to secure your room. Details of payment methods and deadlines will be included in your accommodation offer email.

When booking opens, please select the correct programme (Pre-sessional C or Pre-sessional D) to ensure the correct dates are applied.
