  • Communal bathrooms and toilet facilities will be cleaned a minimum of three times a week 

Accommodation packages

All rooms offered on a 39 week let (plus additional fee for freshers week included).

  • £5,068.90 (£128.09 per week) - Standard (529 beds)

All fees above include utilities, wired and wireless network, housekeeping service, out of hours Warden Service, Endsleigh insurance policy cover and hall activities.

Arrival dates

  • New undergraduates: Wednesday 25 September 2024
  • Returning students: Friday 27 September 2024
  • Semester 2 students: Sunday 2 February 2025

New international students are able to move in early from Monday 23 September 2024, but you must notify us at sac@lboro.ac.uk if you plan to do this.

  • 39 week let (Returning students): 27 September 2024 - 28 June 2025
  • 18 week let (Semester 1): 25 September 2024 - 31 January 2025
  • 21 week let (Semester 2): 2 February 2024 - 28 June 2025

Rooms to be vacated by 10am on the end date of the contract.
