The aim of this module is to provide you with a critical understanding of, and skills relating to, the design, operation and management of water supplies in urban areas and familiarize you with the principles of organizational design and management of water utility services in low- and middle-income countries.

This module is comprised of 15 units. Please note that module resources are provided from within the unit guides.
Assignments will be sent to you by email through the University's learning management system 'LEARN'.
When you log on to Learn (http://learn.lboro.ac.uk/) you will see your ‘timeline’. Submission dates are listed here in date order. Scroll to find the submission point for the assignment you are submitting. Click ‘Add submission’ and follow the process to submit your assignment. You will receive a receipt when you have submitted successfully.
You can also go to the module page on Learn and submit your assignments there. Scroll down the module list to find the relevant module and click on it. This takes you to the module page where you will find submission points and resources for the module.
In addition to submitting your assignments as instructed above, you and your guarantor must also complete, scan and email to firstname.lastname@example.org the Assignment Submission Form for every assignment. The form is available from the link below.
