Landlord Reference

If you need a landlord reference to help secure private rented accommodation, the Student Accommodation Centre can provide one once your University accommodation fees are paid up‑to‑date.

Please email sac@mailbox.lboro.ac.uk with your name, student ID and dates of stay in University accommodation.

There are a range of accommodation options available to students in their second, third and fourth years at Loughborough University. Students can choose to re-apply for halls or move into the private rental market in town. Loughborough has plenty of private house-share options and purpose built student accommodation available to suit your personal preferences. Use our housing advice to find out what's right for you and make a well-informed decision.

The University's Student Advice and Support Service also offer a contract checking service for properties in town and are there to help with advice if you experience any problems with your accommodation.
