Nominate your landlord for an award
We're looking for the best landlords in Loughborough, as nominated for by our students. If you feel that your Landlord has provided outstanding service to you during your tenancy, or the facilities provided in your rented property exceeded your expectations, you can nominate them for a Studentpad Landlord Award.
There are a number of categories that you could choose to nominate your Landlord for:
- Sustainability
For a landlord who has made a clear commitment to reducing the environmental impact of their property. This may include investing in energy-saving initiatives or introducing more sustainable practices. - Accessibility
For a landlord who has made thoughtful adaptations to a property to ensure it is accessible and welcoming for students with disabilities or health-related needs. - Safety and Welfare
For a landlord who has gone above and beyond to support a student’s safety or wellbeing. - International Student Experience
For a landlord who has provided additional support to help international students settle into life in the UK. - Community Building
For a landlord who has actively helped create a strong sense of community, either within the property itself or across the wider neighbourhood. - Emergency Response
For a landlord who has shown outstanding support and responsiveness during an emergency situation.
All awards are nominated by student tenants.
Nominations are open to students who are living in properties that are owned or managed by landlords who have advertised the property in which they live, on the Loughborough University Studentpad website.
Students can nominate their landlords for multiple categories of awards but must submit each nomination on a new form.
