Celebrating landlords that go above and beyond
We’re excited to confirm that the Loughborough Studentpad Landlord Awards will return in 2026, celebrating landlords who go the extra mile in providing an excellent service to students across a range of categories. Full details will be confirmed in due course.
Student tenants can nominate their landlord based on their own experiences and tell us how a landlord has gone above and beyond to support their student experience. This can include: providing an ideal student home, supporting student wellbeing, or helping out in an emergency.
There are a number of categories that landlords can be nominated for and every student that submits a nomination will be entered into a prize draw with the opportunity to win a £50 Amazon voucher. There is also a category for landlords to nominate students tenants who are outstanding member of the local community.
