You should have experience in the field of 3D vision to systematically identify, test and validate emerging technology and algorithms to enable real-time contextual awareness within complex human-robot work environments.
The focus of our current research is to create a system that digitises a factory workspace detecting people, objects and key features in real-time (>50Hz) with sub-millimetre accuracy using sensors that can be deployed rapidly as services.
You will be joining a multidisciplinary team of enthusiastic researchers working in the Intelligent Automation Centre.
