The Norwegian Institute for Children’s Books
Besides being an associate professor, Endre Lund Eriksen is a writer, playwright, screenwriter, film director and producer. He has written more than 30 books for children and young adults, and his books have won many awards and been translated to many languages.
He has written screenplays for two feature films, and several short films, directed children’s tv series and animated shorts. His last book was “Minus Mum” (original title: “Minus mamma”), Aschehoug 2022). From 2022 he has been teaching creative writing at The Norwegian Institute for Children’s books, and he is also leading the Artistic Research at the Institute.
During their IAS Fellowship, Associate Professor Eriksen is collaborating with Dr Barbara Cooke & Dr Kerry Featherstone from the Department of English.
