Professor Antulio J. Echevarria II is currently Editor of the US Army War College Quarterly, Parameters. He has authored four books on conflict related topics and has specifically addressed the issue of failure.
Professor Echevarria is a graduate of the US Military Academy, West Point, and had a distinguished military career. He has also held a NATO Fulbright and has been a Visiting Research Fellow at Oxford University.
During their IAS Fellowship, Professor Echevarria is collaborating with Dr Afzal Ashraf from the School of Social Sciences and Humanities.
