Professor Thorsten Gruber has been appointed Visiting Professor of Service Management at CTF – Service Research Center, Karlstad University. CTF is one of the world's leading research centres focusing on service management and value creation through service. The Visiting Professorship is funded by the Anne-Marie and Gustaf Ander Foundation for Media Research.

Professor Gruber commented on this appointment:
